If you would like to shop extra early and possibly earn back 75% of your sales, here is your chance.  We are looking for volunteers to help during the sale.  Duties will vary based on the number of volunteers present and the shift times.


Please bring any snacks or drinks that you may need during your shift, just note that food and drinks should not be on the sales floor to prevent staining the clothing.  

NO children allowed while you are completing your volunteer shift.  If you report for your shift with a child, you will be turned away and you will no longer be allowed to volunteer for future OGT sales.  

You may volunteer if you are pregnant, we just ask that you do not volunteer during our setup or breakdown shift as it will require a lot of heavy lifting.  However, you may ask your husband to help with either of these shifts and you will receive an 8 hour shopping pass.

Would you love to volunteer, but due to time constraints or baby sitting issues can't make a shift?  Maybe you could swap baby sitting hours with a friend or ask your husband if he will work the a shift and you can get the pass.

Still unable to find a shift time frame that will work with your schedule?  Let us know and we will work with you.  

Each consignor will receive an Opening Night Presale Party pass as well as one for a guest.  Sorry, NO guest passes are available for the volunteer presales and only one person per pass will be allowed to enter at those times.  Each volunteer will receive a guest pass for the 9pm Friends and Family shopping time.   

For the safety of all of our shoppers and volunteers, we are unable to allow children or strollers being used as shopping carts into the presale until the 8PM sale begins.

Due to issues that arose during our Spring Sale, we are UNABLE to offer anyone the opportunity to barter passing out flyers for an early shopping pass.  

Sept 25th - Opening Night Presale schedule is as follows:
5 p.m. 8 hr volunteers
6 p.m  4 hr volunteers
7 p.m. Consignors
8 p.m. First Time Moms
9 p.m. Friends and Family pass holders

Mon - Sept 24th	10AM - 3PM	Set up and Drop Off - Assist with setting up racks, tables, etc and with checking in consignors, putting items on the floor and any other duties that may arise during drop off. Working the setup shift will allow you to shop the 8hr volunteer presale.
	5PM - 9PM	Drop Off - Assist with checking in consignors, putting items on the floor and any other duties that may arise during drop off.
Tues - Sept 25th	9AM - 1PM	Drop Off - Assist with checking in consignors, putting items on the floor and any other duties that may arise during drop off.
Wed - Sept 26th	9AM - 1PM	Sale Shift - You may be asked to assist shoppers on the sales floor, de-tag items, work in the hold area, assist with straightening the items, etc.
	1PM - 5PM	Sale Shift - You may be asked to assist shoppers on the sales floor, de-tag items, work in the hold area, assist with straightening the items, etc.
	5PM - 9PM	Sale Shift - You may be asked to assist shoppers on the sales floor, de-tag items, work in the hold area, assist with straightening the items, etc.
Thurs - Sept 27th	9AM - 1PM	Sale Shift - You may be asked to assist shoppers on the sales floor, de-tag items, work in the hold area, assist with straightening items, etc.
	1PM - 5PM	Sale Shift - You may be asked to assist shoppers on the sales floor, de-tag items, work in the hold area, assist with straightening the items, etc.
	5PM - 11PM	Sale Shift - You may be asked to assist shoppers on the sales floor, de-tag items, work in the hold area, assist with straightening the items, etc.  Working this shift will allow you to shop 1/2 price presale from 7:00-8:00!
Fri - Sept 28th	9AM - 1PM	Sale Shift - You may be asked to assist shoppers on the sales floor, de-tag items, work in the hold area, assist with straightening the items, begin sorting items on the racks, etc.
	12PM - 5PM	Sale, Sorting and Break Down Shift  - You may be asked to assist shoppers on the sales floor, de-tag items, work the hold area, sort items for pick-up, assist with breakdown, etc.   (Please do not sign up for this shift if you are pregnant or have a medical condition that would prevent you from being able to lift heavy stacks of clothing, boxes, racks, tables, etc - This is an excellant shift for your husband to work and earn you an 8 hour volunteer pass.)
	3PM- 8PM	Sorting and Break Down Shift - You may be asked to sort items for pick-up, assist with breakdown, etc (Please do not sign up for this shift if you are pregnant or have a medical condition that would prevent you from being able to lift heavy stacks of clothing, boxex, racks, tables, etc - This is an excellant shift for your husband to work and earn you an 8 hour volunteer pass.)
