Have you purchased all the gift wrap you will ever need and baked enough frozen cookie dough to feed every scout troop in the region?  Outgrown Treasures Children’s Consignment Sale has the perfect solution to revive your organizations fundraising dilemma! Instead of asking friends and family to purchase something, how about helping them Clean Out and Cash In? And what if the Clean Out could Cash In money for your group? That is where we can help!

Outgrown Treasures can offer your non-profit group several easy-to-organize fund raisers. These options require no selling, no cash collection and no inconvenient product deliveries!

Option One:
New Consignor Recruitment

•    We supply you with Outgrown Treasures flyers specific to your organization.
•    You distribute flyers to your members and their friends and family encouraging them to consign.
•    Members register to consign with us and indicate the organization they are with in the appropriate box.
•    For every NEW consignor that registers and brings at least 20 items (or $200 worth of items) to the sale, your group will receive $10.  The consignor will also have the option of donating their consignor payment to the organization.
•    A check will be mailed to your group about one month after the sale.

Option Two: Consign in the sale
•    Solicit donations of gently used children’s items including seasonal clothing, toys, infant gear, maternity, books/videos etc.
•    Prepare and tag items following our guidelines. We make tagging easy and uncomplicated. It is a perfect project for parents and children to do together.
•    Drop off items on the designated days before the sale.
•    Outgrown Treasures will waive the $5.00 consignor fee AND pay your group 75% of all your sold items.
•    No need to pick up your unsold items after the sale because we can donate them to charity on your behalf (optional)!

Option Three: Purchase at the sale
•    Pass out flyers provided by us to your members, families and friends.  For every flyer turned in with a purchase you will receive back 5% from the pre-tax amount for that purchase. **
