Advertisement and Vendor Information

Advertise on our web site:
Our site receives approximately 50-100 hits per day and has a noticeable increase in hits as our seasonal sale dates get closer.  Advertise with us and for a very reasonable fee we can help your business reach a large targeted customer group.  

$25.00 for 6 months beginning on the date payment and business information is received.*
$45.00 for 12 months beginning on the date payment and business information is received.*

(*We will include your business name, contact information, the slogan, a link to your site, and if you have one available a .jpg or .gif image no larger than 500x500 and no more than 25 kb.)

 Advertise at the sale:

$20.00 - Flyer Table - The advertiser will pay $20.00 PLUS provide up to 250 tangible items (such as flyers, brochures, business cards) to be placed on a table near the checkout station.

On Large Merchandise Bags – FREE - to the first person to donate 300 large merchandise bags and fliers, to be used at check out, with your name, company logo and contact info on the outside and on a flyer inside the bag.

On Small Bags – FREE – to the first person to donate 250 small bags to be used for vendor/business handout bags with your name, company logo and contact info on the outside.  These bags will be handed out to the first 250 shoppers at check out.

$35.00 - Inclusion in the vendor/business handout bags – The advertiser will pay $35.00 PLUS provide at least 250 tangible items to be placed in the bags.  (These items can include magnets, business cards, small calendars, fliers, etc.  Just a note, items such as pens, magnets and product samples along with a flier or business card will provide more exposure.) 

Sell at the Sale!

$45.00 - 8ft table Vendor space provided for the Pre-Sale party night and 1st public shopping day ONLY* – For a very reasonable $50 you will be able to have a table set up during  the Pre-Sale party night and 1st public shopping day.  This means 100’s of shoppers will see your merchandise!  We will provide a covered 8 ft table and will place a link or business information on our website that will stay up for 6 months from the moment payment is received.  This option will give you a space that is approximately 8ft x5ft.

$75.00 – 8ft table Vendor space provided for the entire length of the sale* – For a very reasonable $75 you will be able to have a table set up during the entire length of the sale beginning with the Pre-Sale party night and ending at when the doors close at the end of ½ price Pre-Sale party.  This means 100’s of shoppers will see your merchandise!  We will provide a covered 8 ft table and will place a link or business information on our website that will stay up for 6 months from the moment payment is received.  This option will give you a space that is approximately 8ft x5ft.

$100.00 – 10ft x 10ft Vendor space provided for the entire length of the sale* For a very reasonable $100 you will be able to have a table set up during the entire length of the sale beginning with the Pre-Sale party night and ending at when the doors close at the end of ½ price Pre-Sale party.  This means 100’s of shoppers will see your merchandise!  We will provide a covered 8 ft table and will place a link or business information on our website that will stay up for 6 months from the moment payment is received.  This option will give you a space that is approximately 10ft x 10 ft.

*Organizers of the sale will have final approval on all vendors allowed into the sale.  Only one representative from each company will be allowed to rent space and it is based on a first come first serve basis from when payment is received. 

Promote at the sale!
$20.00 – Table space provided for NON-PROFIT Organizations provided for the length of the sale – Get the word out to 100’s of shoppers about your charitable organization.  We will provide a 6ft. table and will place a link or contact information on our website that will stay up for 3 months from the moment payment is received. 

Save money by purchasing one of our combination packages!

$30.00 - Silver Package - This package is for the Non-Profit group that would like more exposure and includes table space at the sale, a web ad for 3 months and inclusion in the goodie bag.  ($25.00 savings!)

$100.00 – Gold Package – This package is for the For Profit vendor who wants it all, but on a slightly smaller scale, and includes 8ft table space at the sale, a web ad for 6 months and inclusion in the goodie bag. (This gives you a $35.00 savings when you combine everything!)

$125.00 - Platinum Package - This package is for the For Profit vendor who wants it all and includes 10ft x 10ft space at the sale, a web ad for 6 months and inclusion in the goodie bag.  (This gives you a $35.00 savings when you combine everything!)
